Placing an order

By placing an order on The Another Way Home website you are making an offer to Another Way Home to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described.  Once you have placed an order you will receive an email confirmation.   The contract between you and Another Way Home will exist once an order has been accepted, processed and an email confirmation sent to you.  

All rugs ordered through Another Way Home are made to order.  Once a rug order has been placed, and accepted by Another Way Home, the design as detailed in the email acceptance letter (as per the description of the rug the client has purchased online or as per the rug customization  details finalized between Another Way Home and client and detailed in email correspondence) cannot be altered or changed.  If a client would like to make changes to the design of a rug that has been ordered such as changes to color, weave, size or design, this can be done but there will be additional charges and the changes must be requested within 7 (seven) days of the order confirmation email.  The date for the delivery of the rug will be revised to adjust to the date from which agreed-upon changes were established and confirmed in an email confirmation to the client from Another Way Home.

Another Way Home will not be responsible for any delays in the manufacturing or delivery of the rug and/or rug samples due to disruptive weather, political unrest, production delays, material shortages, holiday interruptions or other causes beyond another Way Home's control.  We will endeavor to keep you informed of any such problems if they arise.

When a rug has been delivered four weeks should be allowed after delivery for the rug to “settle” and for any fold lines to disappear. Some variations in the color and finish of the final rug are to be expected and should be considered part of the beauty of a handmade rug.   Because all our products are handmade rugs can vary in size by up to 2 inches in length and width from the size of rug ordered.  We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the color reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in color caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

All discounts are given on a one-time basis and we kindly request that these figures remain private and confidential.  All Custom order sales are final. In stock items only may be returned for in-store credit only, within 10 days of purchase.
